I must admit I wasnt expecting much from this album. With Jani Lane gone how could Warrant go on? Well this CD stacks up to anything Warrant ever released during their heyday. The production on this is perfect, it has a rawer-more rockin' feel than over-produced albums like 'Cherry Pie' and 'Dog Eat Dog'. Jani Lane is not missed as Jaime St. James from Black n' Blue takes over the helm. This reminds me more of Black n' Blue or even early L.A. Guns than it does of Warrant. This album doesnt break any new ground, but it wouldnt have fit in perfectly if it came out in '88, and still sounds great today. Any fans of '80s hair/sleaze metal will love this CD.
