this song, when it came out made me reach" deeper heights" as a soprano, which i wasn't before so I deeply thank this iconiclastic poet for the words that inspired me. she will always incite thoughtful people to higher grounds whetheror not she intends to she raises essential philosophical questions within harmonious chords as if she can't help but be deep.

even after a decade just likem other timeless songwriters Janis Ian, Carol King, etc. they remain timeless. There is a fullness and depth that scares most away. I hope my daughter follows in these footsteps.
