Hey
I just want to let you know that I wrote the last review and it is all true!
Thanks!

This song is great to send to a girl that I fell in love with while living in South Korea for two years. The dog, the dirty air, and the dead fish all have meaning for me! I met this girl in South Korea when her dog ran off from her to me. I picked up her dog and gave it back to her. She thanked me and I knew enough Korean to exchange numbers. The city where I met her was an industrial city with really dirty air. Think of how small South Korea is and how big its economy is. All the industry was put into this one city. That is the main reason I left. However, it is extremely hard to forget her. Her fish even died after I left. I remember her telling me that. I still talk with her, but we are both growing tired of the distance. She wants to come to America, but her mother is sick. One more bonus is that the art used in the video is on her website. She doesn't know Fuel; I don't know Fuel, but the message is clear. I am very stressed about my next step. I already lived in South Korea for two years so I don't want to go back. Maybe if an American company had a job in South Korea, I would go again. Now, watch the video again thinking of my dilemma. I just keep watching the video over and over again in disbelief. Who are these guys or, more importantly, what force is using them?

First off I love the song, having first heard it about 10 years ago! rofl it's so old. I actually never knew that they had a video for it. You could say I didn't really noticed Fuel way back in the day, my brother was who I heard it from. But after Daredevil came out I watched the "Won't Back Down" Video and thought they were pretty cool. To be honest I never knew it was Fuel that made "Shimmer" untill I went looking for "Won't Back Down" on Sony MusicBOX and found both.
"Shimmer" is still an awesome video. Fuel looks like a group that cares more about the music than their style. Shown in their diverse creations throughout the years. It has become increasingly difficult to link all of Fuel's songs and videos to the same artist. E-MAZING.
I remember hearing this when i was growing up as a kid, def. one of my all-time favs.
