I remember this video on MTV when they still played videos...obviously in the 80's! I love the real Journey! No matter what year it is their music is still relevant and still reaches the soul. Journey without Steve Perry is not Journey.

So bad it's that good, I love this song and the video is that bad it's gained even more appreciation now than it probably did in 1983, Perry's over the top performance and the rest of the band looking extremely bored, classic, not to mention Jonathan playing a keyboard on the side of a warehouse.

On the contrary to what many have said was their worst music video, i would have to disagree. This is by far an amazing video. The lyrics and the overall performance throughout the video is gripping and strong. The cinematography and choreography grabs you and keeps you in the video. I have analyzed every single Journey song and this is by far one of their strongest songs, highlighting the groups true talent!

This is the only video that's not that great...it's still good because its Journey, but I wish there was a different one... The song I love... It's very powerful on the voice and drums.. this sound great in my car turned all the way up.

One of the best of the worst on MTV the year it was released. I adore this video simply because it is so bad. The bandmembers playing their instruments that are obviously not powered, the exagerated close ups, and the last minute location selection make this video a true classic.

Even though MTV didn't like it so well, I did. I like Journey, and I think that the ENTIRE band did a fine job creating this one, given the time period and everything else.

Great job guys. It would be neat if the band was like it was back then today.

I loved watching this video!!

This was when MTV was the s***e. Now it's just stupid shows. Bands like this came, rocked and left memories for everyone. I think that was the year there was a boost in lighter sales. *lol*
