Young mom who just posted: I also wanted to say (and support Katharine in) that I'm sure the pressure for a female in the music industry/media to use sex as a marketing tool is extremely strong. It is easy for outsiders to be judgemental- but Katharine- if you end up reading this- just stay true to your inner heart and self- and save the sexuality for the one who really deserves it (your true loving husband to be! :))

I'm a mom of a little girl too (a young single mom- same age as Katharine I think) and love this video! I've sent it to my two sisters and have watched a bunch of times because it inspires me to dress up and remember independent self before my ex and mommy days. I love Katharine in this video because she is so relatable in it and totally innocent/girl next door kind of thing and I can't get enough! I agree that she doesn't need all the sexy stuff- I wish the new video (love or what seems more like "lust" story) didn't have all that sexuality because her personality and voice shines without taking the clothes off and using the demand for sex.

I think she is to much like britney spears. we don't need another one of those. i have a daughter and katherine is not a good role model at all. i think she should clean it up. she has to put the sexual stuff in her videos so people will like them more. you are a good singer when people like you and yuor songs and your videos with out all that crap in there. try that and see if people still love your vidoes as much.
come on we are trying to raise a generation here and these types of singers are not helping at all

Katharine is an awesome girl, she is beautiful and a ain't no doubt that SHE IS A GREAT SINGER in my opinion, but this song . . . there are other more interesting songs I would recommend her to sing. This song is OK, but CHORUS of the song is too primitive. I've watched her on American Idol and she was THE NUMBER ONE THERE. She is good in many other musical genres.
Overall - I LOVE KATHARINE of course, she's got good voice, great range and everything but repertoire / good song are the most important pary in this business. It is a problem for every singer.
